Kill multiple targets - to complete quest

Sam Leitch 2 months ago in Quests updated by Marti (Lead Developer) 2 months ago 1

Hey team,

Im struggling to find a way to kill six targets (clear an area) and once they all die for a quest to complete.

I imagine its a list veriable and add or subtract or a global possibly.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated as i've been wracking my rain trying to get it to work.

Unity version:

This one's quite easy to do using the Quests module. Basically what you need is either a "incremental" task. Create one with a max value of 6. Now you need to create 6 sub-tasks below this one, which represent each one of the targets to kill.

On the "On Complete" Task of these targets, increase the incremental task's completion by 1. Once you have killed all 6 targets, the incremental task will be 6/6 complete, which will get automatically completed. Then, in the "On Complete" Actions callback, you can instantiate an image that says level complete and load the next one.
