Player can pass through not walkable navigation area.

Set player input type to Point And Click.

I can click on "not walkable navigation area" objects (sphere and cube) and player can run to that position.

Is this normal function?

Yes, this is the default behavior. A navmesh doesn't define what can be walked up, but what places require obstacle avoidance. 

Thank you for your answer. Sorry for my late reply. I just compare this behavior to Adventure Creator.

In Adventure Creator you can not walk through or can not click in this area.
