Not Reproducible

Evaluate: time parameter is not a valid number when attempting to change timescale to 0 or 1 and turn off/on UI elements.

Create two UI panels, add a trigger and actions to change timescale to 0, UI panel 1 to inactive, UI panel 2 to active, and another to change timescale to 1 and set UI panel 1 to active and UI panel 2 to inactive.

Removed an offending third party script, problem persisted, recreated in new scene with new ui, still got the error. Reinstalled GC and rebuilt library, no more problem.

Not Reproducible

The type of error looks the kind of exception Unity starts throwing every once in a while. Restarting Unity usually resolves the problem. Anyway, glad it's fixed :-)
