action instatiate prefab, passing weapon position and rotation

I have vfx effect created. i need position and rotation for call it when I shoot.

if i try call into ammo action, i have only (invoker,camera,player,etc...) but i need weapon position and rotation.

in other instance I try search rotation and position of weapon, but isn't possible.

The Ammo asset has the Prefab Muzzle Flash, which is a game object that gets instantiated when shooting at the tip of the muzzle and automatically aligns with the weapon's direction.
