"Equal" part in Less or Equal value not triggering

When "Health" is at 0, the Characters/Players do not die. Only when it's less than 0, is the character's death triggered. Can you take a look at this?

I'll look into it. Floats have precision errors, o they can't be compared to zero. What we usually do is compare if the value is between two very small numbers (like -0.0001 and 0.0001). Maybe we missed this acse. I'll circle back when I have more info on this.
