Time Scale does strange things to ragdoll animation

If you set time scale to 0 in between a ragdoll animation, the character floats above ground.

Once you set the time scale back to 1, it sling shots away out immediately

I'll investigate this further, but I'm not sure what the problem might be. The systems involved in this are nothing more than a modification of Unity's TimeScale and a Rigidbody with some joins applied. Nothing "strange". Despite this, I'll check this out.
