Thanks for the reply in the previous two days I just bought GC and other modules, I still don't use behavior trees now, I will explore it slowly, but there are some good video tutorials on youtube.
How to use a behavior tree to create a monster AI that is not humanoid, like a rhino AI?
This question is quite broad. The Ai has little to do with the type of character you're going to make. Without getting into metaphysical questions, what's the difference between a monster and a human character? Both move, both can see the player and get alerted and both may want to attack hi/her on sight. In fact, both a monster and a human enemy can share the same Behavior Graph and only move and attack differently.
