Will GC's behavior tree support flight AI? I always wanted this feature. I hope to add this feature in the future. I have many flying robot models.

Flying characters has more to do with the Characters rather than the AI system. Game Creator's character focuses on humanoids, although also accepts non-humanoid characters. You can simulate flying characters by making the animation of a character "float" over the ground.

You may also even disable the gravity so characters float around. However, to move characters avoiding obstacles will use Unity's Navmesh system, which is not suitable for flying characters.
