Extend clickable area FPS sentence choice in Dialogue

I build an FPS walking simulator kind of game without too many interactions trough buttons.

During dialogue interaction You have to move Your head to find the text sequences You want to click during choice. Mouse pointer is invisible during the whole game. Idea,

Have clickable area for highlightning text choice horizontal over total screen. This way the player only has to slightly look up or down to see text ''selected'' in FPS mode, and click.
