Character Fall Down and Not move or Not controllable.

Alex Costa 2 weeks ago in Game Creator updated by Marti (Lead Developer) 1 week ago 2

Hello Dev, When i create a new Player in a fresh ground (Use Cube as a flat Ground) then its working well But if i Use any 3d game object On same ground like Cube, Capsule etc then the player move like a mad or stop moving after bumping with the 3d game object.

The Second problem is: if i create Player inside a ready made seen or inside Demo seen ( Polygon Adventure pack, Polygon Pirates pack or other lowpoly pack) then the player fall Down (after Play Seen) and the Environment go up to the sky.

Or if i Drag n Drop the Prefab or models (like Building, car, trees, animal) in fresh ground then the player can move inside the building, trees. nothing can effect the player.

How do i create Enemy AI?

Also How to Change Character to Another Character? (Playable Character)

I am not the dev, I am a user of Game Creator

Under the polygon series there is no terrain and the floor they use is just prefabs without colliders. You need to make a very big plain or add mesh colliders to all the floor pieces. Or make your own terrain.

To change your character under player / player animations drag your player to the big field called drop your 3D model.

For AI buy the module Behavior from game creator.

Hi Alex;

Please, ask one question in a separate topic. What EagleEyez says is right. Synty models don't have any colliders (although they are changing it).

The rest of your questions can be answered by reading through the documentation.

Best,
