Animal characters

Would be nice to develop animal (like dog/pig/cat...) characters with dedicated animations

Since Mnogue was kind enough to answer this question on Discord, here's the answer.
1) Make sure you understand Animation States.  Watch this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1pRSi3Qgg8
2) Read this: https://docs.gamecreator.io/game-creator/game-creator/characters/states

Create a new Locomotion State for your animal character (right-click in Assets)

Drag your animal's animations to the appropriate slots (should be Generic?)

Assign/Drag your new State to the animal Character's "Default State" field.

Sit back and enjoy your new critter.  :)

Thanks Mark! Regarding the model rig, you're correct. Generic animations should work too (if the character model added is generic (like an animal).
