I get this when I set Pivot Offset to -0.5 -- https://streamable.com/83vtw
When Pivot Offset is at 0, it's fine. The reason I changed the Pivot Offset is because I wanted the camera to be closer to the Player, without toggling on Allow Zoom, because I don't want the player to change the zoom with the scroll. Another reason to change Pivot Offset would be to move the Player slightly to the left, while still having the camera rotate around the Player, however, any change to Pivot Offset will cause this stutter issue.
So if you could allow Initial Zoom to be set without setting true Allow Zoom, my first problem will be fixed, but there are other properties like Zoom Speed which I'd also like to set, and these should not be dependent on whether the Player is allowed to zoom or not. Maybe you should just remove being able to zoom with the scroll wheel, and let that be a Trigger instead, because I want to use the scroll wheel for other things instead (like switching weapons).
