I'm trying to make a conveyor for my game but I'm unable to find a way to implement it. How would I go about doing it?
You could maybe do it like a series of moving platforms animated with Unity Timeline or GC's Transform Move action and then use the On Player Enter trigger with the Transform action to make the player a child of the platform. The Transform action has a setting to change an object's parent.
Then you could use the On Player Exit trigger and the Transform action again to clear the parent when the player steps off the platform.
I only tried this with a single moving platform and while it worked well, I'm not sure how well it'll work with a conveyor. You could have problems if the trigger boxes overlap but you could possibly set it up with the On Player Enter and On Player Exit triggers so that only the trigger box you're currently in is active.
