I know this is fairly easy to add in myself, but I just think it should be standard. Same as crouch is.
Going prone and crouched has many inherent implications that doesn't make it feasible to add a "Crouch()" method in the current character system.
First of all there's the height of the capsule used as the character's boundaries.
The second one is how animation is treated when being prone: When a character moves, it pivots from the center, but being prone, you can make a 180 degree turn while moving without making it look awkward.
And lastly, not all games require a prone state. In fact, many do not have it. So Crouch is a Character State that comes by default with Game Creator. All you have to do really is to change the height whenever it suits you and check whether there's enough space above the head when attempting to stand up.
For prone states, it's a bit more difficult and I haven't attempted to do it myself, but if I had to, I'd lower the angular speed to something like 90 degrees per second as well as the maximum speed.
