Setting up a flashlight to move with the camera

I'm currently trying to setup a flashlight on my character, and I'm stuck trying to get it to move with the camera. It will move left and right, but I'd like it to move up and down as my player looks around. I tried biding it to the actual camera, but that doesn't seem to work.

Unity version:
Game Creator version:
1.1.9

I would attach it to the camera, not the character.

We have a new Action Pack (3) coming out soon called Light and Dark. There will be light control Actions, including a flashlight on the Camera.

Not sure why it would work attaching the light to the camera. If you can explain this further. You could even use Paul's action pack, or simply enable/disable the game object containing the Light component, which should be paired to the camera (or camera motor).

I actually got it to work, it was my own stupidity. I didn't notice that when I was pairing it to the camera it didn't keep the same position. All is working :).
