I want to increase / decrease accuracy of weapons according to player's specific conditions such as "hold breathing" or "confused" or "critical damage taken". is it possible to make with Game Creator?
I just purchased most of your assets and i'm trying to get into your tutorials. I'm at step one of the shooter tutorial and I can't go anywhere. I'm adding a trigger and then the next step is to add is unarmed/ is armed. in the tutorial you just type like you would in visual studio and the action you need self populates. I'm trying this with nothing. what am i doing wrong? i've tried this on my two oldest versions of unity. 2019.3.2.f1 as well as 2019.3.7f1. help
i have these actions following a while mouse down trigger left:
now i would like to stop aiming automatically after say 5 seconds from last shot.
i tried various ways but i don't know how i should go about this.
how would i implement this?
I have an issue. I am confuse how and which trigger should i use to stop player movement while i am in Hurt State.
if i am in a hurt state i want player to move but if i draw weapon in a hurt state i want to stop or pause player movement so the player can only aim and shoot. And again i holster weapon it can start moving in camera direction.
So please guide which trigger should i use and how to control the player movement.
Am i only able to attach a shooter weapon prefab to only arms and hands? (it seems like it)
I'm trying to make a cyclops shooting a laser from its eye but i can only attach the eye prefab to a hand....
Hello! I want to know if there is a way to not have the body of the character always looking the aim direction, I'm using the top-down aiming option and I want the player body to look in the movement direction while aiming, I then can use playmaker to set upper body aiming poses if there is no way to do this with Game creator
Hello, Just Bought Game creator and a bunch of other modules, is looking great so far! I have a problem in the shooter module, if in State aiming I change lower body rotation variable to other than 0 the character starts spinning out of control the greater the value the faster the spinning is there a way to prevent this? the aiming animations don't look good if i cant freely use this variable, thanks!!
Hi, I have a slight issue with the shooter in top down mode. If I set the body rotation to zero, I cant seem to hit precisely on my raycast point (cyan gizmo). But when i rotate it a bit, it can hit it precisely, but the visual is looking bad. Is there any way to just rotate the aiming and not the body ?
And another question, can we set the raycast for the top down shooter to also check for enemy collider ? I tried to shoot the other character, but the bullet just went through his backside because my cursor is actually raycasting the ground point behind it.
Thanks, by the way, this is tools is so great and intuitive. I really love playing and tweaking it.
This doesn't feel right, as if the shot is fired farther than projectile distance, or out of scene bounds, the shake is not riggered.
Set origin checkbox doesn't do any difference.
